Rosa gently guides us to deepen our own practise and gives enlightening insight into the inner mechanisms of our beautiful bodies. 


The uplifting flow of the Asanas that we practice prevents disease, by exercising and strengthening our internal organs.
 
When intellect and intuition work at the same level, the mind is more balanced. Rosa offers a healing combination of yoga asana flow, pranayama meditation and quiet reflection. 

The delicious vegan-vegetarian diet, peace and tranquillity in harmony with
nature support the detoxification process.

* Much of our energy is used to communicate with the external world. During the silent day we take the energy that we normally use in speaking and communicating and make it available to our mind and body to repair and heal in silence. 

PHILOSOPHY
Healing Yoga and Pranayama. Strongly rooted in Indian culture, Rosa’s inspiring Yoga Therapy teaches to focus the mind and let go of what may be holding us back. We go deeper into our spiritual practice to re-discover our inner balance, and develop a calmer, more focused mind. Our bodies become fitter and more toned as a result of Yoga Therapy practice. Rosa’s main aim is to provide clarity for the mind and to better understand the body and the intuitive tools that we have to heal ourselves. The aim is to focus on the body and the breath in the present moment, so you can fall in love with yourself!

Rosa’s Therapeutic Yoga is a particularly effective practice for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It combines all the elements of restorative yoga which are gentle yoga, breath work, guided Meditation, Pranayama and Sound Healing.
Therapeutic Yoga is a deeply meditative experience – it provides the opportunity to step away from the busy outside world and access the deeper wisdom that resides within us.

Healing Yoga is suitable for all levels and can easily be worked into a daily routine back at home. The dreamy and tranquil setting is ideal to learn to meditate or deepen your daily practice. Reconnect with your true self and transform your health and wellbeing.

Rosa considers her extensive training from her Indian master Mahendra Pardeshi from Gayatri Dham Ashram as an invaluable life changing gift.

She teaches heart opening holistic Yoga and meditation, which rests in the classical Indian tradition. Rosa is also initiated into the spiritual science of Kriya Yoga 

Pranayama breathing is central to Rosa’s holistic philosophy. Deep work on breathing allows us to go further into the postures, freeing the body and spine to rediscover fluidity of movement and enhance cell regeneration. The intensive breathing techniques help us to experience higher vibrational energy. The rhythm and depth of our breathing directly affect the state of our mind and health. 
Pranayama is also a secret holistic remedy for beautiful glowing rosy skin. It encourages skin cell renewal and improves the oxygen circulation that fights free radicals. 

Higher vibration crystal bowl sound healing. Rosa uses sound through her crystal bowl to clear blocks in the heart centre and heals deeper tissue on a cellular level. As the mind surrenders to the sound vibration our body and internal organs experience deep emotional healing. 

Rosa sees her teaching as a gift and continues to develop her experience through practice, and is feeding her curiosity by continuing her studies.
